The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island and the parallel of latitude 27°26.311' south (at or about the point of 27°26.311' south, 153°32.458' east) then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°26.311' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°34.549' east; and south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°29.900' south, 153°32.660' east; and southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°31.100' south, 153°32.218' east; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°31.100' south to its intersection with the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°31.100' south, 153°30.550' east); and generally southerly along the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°43.532' south (at or about the point of 27°43.532' south, 153°27.472' east); and west along the parallel of latitude 27°43.532' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°43.532' south, 153°27.127' east); and generally northerly along the marine park boundary on the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island to the starting point.

• (a) east along the parallel of latitude 27°26.311' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°34.549' east; and
• (b) south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°29.900' south, 153°32.660' east; and
• (c) southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°31.100' south, 153°32.218' east; and
• (d) west along the parallel of latitude 27°31.100' south to its intersection with the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°31.100' south, 153°30.550' east); and
• (e) generally southerly along the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°43.532' south (at or about the point of 27°43.532' south, 153°27.472' east); and
• (f) west along the parallel of latitude 27°43.532' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°43.532' south, 153°27.127' east); and
• (g) generally northerly along the marine park boundary on the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island to the starting point.
