The area bounded by a line starting at the point of 27°23.048' south, 153°27.297' east then running progressively— south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°24.509' south, 153°29.472' east; and east along the parallel of latitude 27°24.509' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°32.008' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 153°32.008' east to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the northern end of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°25.557' south, 153°32.008' east); and generally north-westerly along the marine park boundary on the northern end of North Stradbroke Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°27.297' east (at or about the point of 27°23.339' south, 153°27.297' east); and north along the meridian of longitude 153°27.297' east to the starting point.

• (a) south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°24.509' south, 153°29.472' east; and
• (b) east along the parallel of latitude 27°24.509' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°32.008' east; and
• (c) south along the meridian of longitude 153°32.008' east to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the northern end of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°25.557' south, 153°32.008' east); and
• (d) generally north-westerly along the marine park boundary on the northern end of North Stradbroke Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°27.297' east (at or about the point of 27°23.339' south, 153°27.297' east); and
• (e) north along the meridian of longitude 153°27.297' east to the starting point.
