The area bounded by a line starting at the point of 27°19.440' south, 153°06.440' east then running progressively— easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°19.897' south, 153°10.591' east; and south-westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the meridian of longitude 153°09.117' east (at or about the point of 27°21.955' south, 153°09.117' east); and generally north-westerly (via Jubilee Creek) along the marine park boundary on the mainland to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°06.000' east (at or about the point of 27°20.568' south, 153°06.000' east); and easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°20.568' south, 153°06.440' east; and north along the meridian of longitude 153°06.440' east to the starting point.

• (a) easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°19.897' south, 153°10.591' east; and
• (b) south-westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the meridian of longitude 153°09.117' east (at or about the point of 27°21.955' south, 153°09.117' east); and
• (c) generally north-westerly (via Jubilee Creek) along the marine park boundary on the mainland to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°06.000' east (at or about the point of 27°20.568' south, 153°06.000' east); and
• (d) easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°20.568' south, 153°06.440' east; and
• (e) north along the meridian of longitude 153°06.440' east to the starting point.
