The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°16.335' south (at or about the point of 27°16.335' south, 153°03.404' east) then running progressively— south-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the meridian of longitude 153°03.805' east (at or about the point of 27°16.986' south, 153°03.805' east); and generally south-westerly and north-easterly (via Bald Hills Creek and the Pine River) along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.

• (a) south-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the meridian of longitude 153°03.805' east (at or about the point of 27°16.986' south, 153°03.805' east); and
• (b) generally south-westerly and north-easterly (via Bald Hills Creek and the Pine River) along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.
