The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°11.563' south (at or about the point of 27°11.563' south, 153°06.882' east) then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°11.563' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°07.883' east; and southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°14.510' south, 153°07.400' east; and southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°15.302' south, 153°07.143' east; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°15.302' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°15.302' south, 153°06.634' east); and generally northerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.
- (a) east along the parallel of latitude 27°11.563' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°07.883' east; and
- (b) southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°14.510' south, 153°07.400' east; and
- (c) southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°15.302' south, 153°07.143' east; and
