The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the coastal 500m high water line of the northern end of Moreton Island and the meridian of longitude 153°25.912' east (at or about the point of 27°01.731' south, 153°25.912' east) then running progressively— generally north-easterly along the coastal 500m high water line of the northern end of Moreton Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°27.382' east (at or about the point of 27°01.061' south, 153°27.382' east); and south along the meridian of longitude 153°27.382' east to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the northern end of Moreton Island (at or about the point of 27°01.463' south, 153°27.382' east); and generally westerly along the marine park boundary on the northern end of Moreton Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°25.912' east (at or about the point of 27°02.002' south, 153°25.912' east); and north along the meridian of longitude 153°25.912' east to the starting point.

• (a) generally north-easterly along the coastal 500m high water line of the northern end of Moreton Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°27.382' east (at or about the point of 27°01.061' south, 153°27.382' east); and
• (b) south along the meridian of longitude 153°27.382' east to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the northern end of Moreton Island (at or about the point of 27°01.463' south, 153°27.382' east); and
• (c) generally westerly along the marine park boundary on the northern end of Moreton Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°25.912' east (at or about the point of 27°02.002' south, 153°25.912' east); and
• (d) north along the meridian of longitude 153°25.912' east to the starting point.
