The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°43.533' south (at or about the point of 27°43.533' south, 153°21.069' east) then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°43.533' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°21.396' east; and south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°43.877' south, 153°21.607' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 153°21.607' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°44.309' south; and south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°44.819' south, 153°21.240' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 153°21.240' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°45.154' south; and south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°45.437' south, 153°21.464' east; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°45.437' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°45.437' south, 153°21.195' east); and generally northerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.

• (d) south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°44.819' south, 153°21.240' east; and
• (e) south along the meridian of longitude 153°21.240' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°45.154' south; and
• (f) south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°45.437' south, 153°21.464' east; and
• (g) west along the parallel of latitude 27°45.437' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°45.437' south, 153°21.195' east); and
• (h) generally northerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.
