The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the mangrove line of the western side of Lagoon Island and the parallel of latitude 27°41.620' south (at or about the point of 27°41.620' south, 153°19.626' east) then running progressively— generally easterly along the mangrove line of the southern end of Lagoon Island to the most south-eastern extent of the mangrove line of Lagoon Island (at or about the point of 27°41.702' south, 153°20.359' east); and easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°41.500' south, 153°21.100' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 153°21.100' east to its intersection with the mangrove line of the mainland (at or about the point of 27°41.860' south, 153°21.100' east); and generally westerly (via the southern side of the Logan River) along the mangrove line of the mainland to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°42.289' south, 153°19.460' east); and north-westerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to its intersection with the mangrove line of the mainland (at or about the point of 27°42.122' south, 153°19.271' east); and generally north-easterly along the mangrove line of the mainland to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°41.990' south (at or about the point of 27°41.990' south, 153°19.380' east); and north-easterly along the geodesic to the starting point.

• (a) generally easterly along the mangrove line of the southern end of Lagoon Island to the most south-eastern extent of the mangrove line of Lagoon Island (at or about the point of 27°41.702' south, 153°20.359' east); and
• (b) easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°41.500' south, 153°21.100' east; and
• (c) south along the meridian of longitude 153°21.100' east to its intersection with the mangrove line of the mainland (at or about the point of 27°41.860' south, 153°21.100' east); and
• (d) generally westerly (via the southern side of the Logan River) along the mangrove line of the mainland to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°42.289' south, 153°19.460' east); and
• (e) north-westerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to its intersection with the mangrove line of the mainland (at or about the point of 27°42.122' south, 153°19.271' east); and
• (f) generally north-easterly along the mangrove line of the mainland to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°41.990' south (at or about the point of 27°41.990' south, 153°19.380' east); and
• (g) north-easterly along the geodesic to the starting point.
