The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°37.050' south (at or about the point of 27°37.050' south, 153°18.669' east) then running progressively— north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°37.020' south, 153°18.722' east; and easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°37.046' south, 153°18.814' east; and south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°37.084' south, 153°18.830' east; and south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°37.165' south, 153°18.723' east; and westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°37.167' south (at or about the point of 27°37.167' south, 153°18.694' east); and generally westerly and north-easterly (via Weinam Creek) along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.

• (a) north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°37.020' south, 153°18.722' east; and
• (b) easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°37.046' south, 153°18.814' east; and
• (c) south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°37.084' south, 153°18.830' east; and
• (d) south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°37.165' south, 153°18.723' east; and
• (e) westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°37.167' south (at or about the point of 27°37.167' south, 153°18.694' east); and
• (f) generally westerly and north-easterly (via Weinam Creek) along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.
