sec.95 Commercial netting
This section applies in relation to each of the following areas in the habitat protection zone— HPZ13–Cherwell and Upper Burrum Rivers; HPZ17–Dayman Spit. A commercial fisher must not carry out netting, other than bait netting, in the area.
