sec.83 Application of division
This division applies if— the accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement is subject to a condition stating that the holders of the accreditation may authorise another person to carry out, for a stated period, an activity that may be carried out under the agreement; and the holders of the accreditation authorise a person (an appointed person ) to carry out the activity under the condition. (sec.83-ssec) This division applies if— the accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement is subject to a condition stating that the holders of the accreditation may authorise another person to carry out, for a stated period, an activity that may be carried out under the agreement; and the holders of the accreditation authorise a person (an appointed person ) to carry out the activity under the condition.
- (a) the accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement is subject to a condition stating that the holders of the accreditation may authorise another person to carry out, for a stated period, an activity that may be carried out under the agreement; and
- (b) the holders of the accreditation authorise a person (an appointed person ) to carry out the activity under the condition.
