sec.73 Giving notice under this part

This section applies if the chief executive is required to give a notice under this part to— the applicant for accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement; or the holders of an accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement. The chief executive complies with the requirement if the chief executive gives the notice to the nominee for the traditional owner group mentioned in section 74 (3) (b) (ii) . (sec.73-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive is required to give a notice under this part to— the applicant for accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement; or the holders of an accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement. (sec.73-ssec.2) The chief executive complies with the requirement if the chief executive gives the notice to the nominee for the traditional owner group mentioned in section 74 (3) (b) (ii) .

• (a) the applicant for accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement; or
• (b) the holders of an accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement.
