sec.70 Entry or use with permission for non-conforming use

A person may enter or use an area in the marine park mentioned in schedule 4 , column 1, with a permission to carry out an activity (a non-conforming use ) mentioned opposite the area in column 2 of the schedule in compliance with the conditions mentioned opposite the area in column 3 of the schedule. The requirement under subsection (1) to carry out the non-conforming use in compliance with the conditions does not limit the conditions the chief executive may impose on the permission.
