sec.60 Restrictions on using Platypus Bay area
A person must not do either of the following in the Platypus Bay area, unless the person has a reasonable excuse— navigate a vessel for a motorised water sport; take off, or land, in an aircraft. Maximum penalty—80 penalty units. Subsection (1) (a) does not apply to a commercial fisher taking fish for trade or commerce. (sec.60-ssec.1) A person must not do either of the following in the Platypus Bay area, unless the person has a reasonable excuse— navigate a vessel for a motorised water sport; take off, or land, in an aircraft.
