sec.50 Duration of prohibited area notice
A prohibited area notice takes effect on the day stated in the notice. A prohibited area notice continues in effect until— the notice period ends; or if the notice period is extended under section 49 (5) —the extended period ends; or the chief executive sooner revokes the notice. (sec.50-ssec.1) A prohibited area notice takes effect on the day stated in the notice. (sec.50-ssec.2) A prohibited area notice continues in effect until— the notice period ends; or if the notice period is extended under section 49 (5) —the extended period ends; or the chief executive sooner revokes the notice.
