sec.41 Objects for grey nurse shark area

The objects to be achieved for the grey nurse shark area are— to protect grey nurse sharks; and to protect the habitat of grey nurse sharks; and to minimise harm or distress to grey nurse sharks caused, directly or indirectly, by human activities, including, for example, diving; and to allow research that is relevant to, and a priority for, the area.
