sec.112 Application for accreditation of traditional use of marine resources agreement
This section applies if— before the commencement, a person applied for a traditional use of marine resources agreement under the repealed plan, section 55; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided. The application is taken to be an application for accreditation of the traditional use of marine resources agreement made under section 74(2). (sec.112-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person applied for a traditional use of marine resources agreement under the repealed plan, section 55; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided. (sec.112-ssec.2) The application is taken to be an application for accreditation of the traditional use of marine resources agreement made under section 74(2).

- (b) immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided.
