sec.102 Taking protected species
A person must not enter or use the marine park for taking an animal or plant of a protected species unless— the entry and use is authorised under a permission; or the use is authorised under an accredited traditional use of marine resources agreement.
- (a) the entry and use is authorised under a permission; or
- (b) the use is authorised under an accredited traditional use of marine resources agreement.
