The area bounded by a line commencing at the point of 25°16.136' south, 152°50.385' east then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 25°16.136' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 152°50.932' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 152°50.932' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 25°16.668' south; and north-westerly along a geodesic to the point of 25°16.413' south, 152°50.385' east; and north along the meridian of longitude 152°50.385' east to the point of commencement.

• (a) east along the parallel of latitude 25°16.136' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 152°50.932' east; and
• (b) south along the meridian of longitude 152°50.932' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 25°16.668' south; and
• (c) north-westerly along a geodesic to the point of 25°16.413' south, 152°50.385' east; and
• (d) north along the meridian of longitude 152°50.385' east to the point of commencement.
