The area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the northern side of Theodolite Creek and the meridian of longitude 152°32.720' east (at or about the point of 25°04.128' south, 152°32.720' east) then running progressively— south along the meridian of longitude 152°32.720' east to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the southern side of Theodolite Creek (at or about the point of 25°04.457' south, 152°32.720' east); and generally westerly and then easterly along the marine park boundary in Theodolite Creek to the point of commencement.

• (a) south along the meridian of longitude 152°32.720' east to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the southern side of Theodolite Creek (at or about the point of 25°04.457' south, 152°32.720' east); and
• (b) generally westerly and then easterly along the marine park boundary in Theodolite Creek to the point of commencement.
