sec.8 Rule for working out areas extending Commonwealth areas to the mainland
This section applies to an area that is to be worked out by extending a Commonwealth area that is at the mainland at low water to the landward boundary of the marine park. The area must be worked out by extending, in the way mentioned in section 10 , the relevant boundaries of the Commonwealth area from the landward boundary of the area to the landward boundary of the marine park. (sec.8-ssec.1) This section applies to an area that is to be worked out by extending a Commonwealth area that is at the mainland at low water to the landward boundary of the marine park. (sec.8-ssec.2) The area must be worked out by extending, in the way mentioned in section 10 , the relevant boundaries of the Commonwealth area from the landward boundary of the area to the landward boundary of the marine park.
