sec.6A References to particular bodies of water
A reference to a bay, creek, harbour, river or similar body of water in schedule 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 or 7 is a reference to all the tidal waters and tidal land in the bay, creek, harbour, river or body of water that is within the marine park, and includes the tidal land and tidal waters of a tributary of the bay, creek, harbour, river or body of water. s 6A ins 2006 SL No. 224 s 7
