sec.49 Special management provision
Despite part 2 and division 2 , a person may enter or use, without permission, a shipping area for a purpose for which a Commonwealth shipping area may be used or entered without permission. See the Commonwealth Zoning Plan , section 4 .1.3 (Shipping management provision). See also, the Commonwealth Zoning Plan , section 1 .5(3) (Interpretation—general) for the conditions or limitations that may be prescribed under the Commonwealth Regulation .
