sec.101 Chief executive must grant or refuse application
The chief must consider each proper application and either grant or refuse the application. For subsection (1) , an application is a proper application if— it complies with the requirements for an application under section 98 ; and any requests for information made in relation to the application under section 100 have been complied with.
