80 Replacing when lost, stolen or destroyed
80.1 AMSA may issue a replacement pilot licence to a licensee if satisfied that the licensee’s original licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
80.2 For provision 80.1, AMSA may require the licensee to give AMSA a statutory declaration signed by the licensee, stating that the original licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
