78 Application for revalidation
78.1 A person holding a pilot licence that is in force or not in force and not subject to disciplinary action may apply to AMSA to revalidate the licensee’s pilot licence.
78.2 An application under this provision must be in writing.
78.3 If a licensee applies under this provision to revalidate a licence that is in force, the licence remains in force until the application is decided.
