19 Master's report

Upon completion of a voyage, other than a short voyage, during which livestock has been carried, the master of a ship must make a report in writing to :

(a) the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry; and
(b) the Manager, Ship Inspections,

in accordance with Form 5 in Appendix 1.[27]
