7 Compulsory pilotage areas — Navigation Act, s 163(1)
For subsection 163(1) of the Navigation Act, the following waters are compulsory pilotage areas:
- the Great North East Channel pilotage area;
- the Hydrographers Passage pilotage area;
- the inner route pilotage area;
- the Torres Strait;
- the Whitsundays pilotage area.
