36 Certificates that do not make a vessel a regulated Australian vessel
For subparagraph 15(1)(c)(ii) of the Navigation Act, the following certificates are prescribed:
(a) an International Tonnage Certificate (1969);
(b) a pollution certificate;
(c) a declaration of maritime labour compliance.
