32 Marine incidents
For paragraph (l) of the definition of marine incident in subsection 14(1) of the Navigation Act, damage to a vessel is prescribed if:
(a) it has become, or is likely to become, an environmental hazard; and
(b) the vessel is subject to Chapter VIII of SOLAS.
