6 Application
(1) This Order applies to:
(a) a regulated Australian vessel; and
(b) a foreign vessel.
(2) However, for provisions giving effect to Chapter IV of SOLAS, this Order applies to a foreign vessel only if Chapter IV of SOLAS applies to the vessel.
