57 Recreational facilities, amenities and services
(1) The owner of a vessel must ensure that the vessel has recreational facilities that:
(a) comply with paragraph 14 of MLC standard A3.1; and
(b) are adapted to meet the special needs of seafarers living and working on the vessel.
(c) has furnishing appropriate to the needs of the seafarers.
(2) The owner must ensure that the recreational facilities are kept up to date taking into account subparagraphs 4(a) to (j) of MLC guideline B3.1.11.
