54 Sanitary facilities
(1) The owner of a vessel must ensure that seafarers have convenient access on the vessel to sanitary facilities that meet the requirements mentioned in Schedule 8.
(2) The owner of a vessel that is less than 3 000 GT may apply for an exemption from the requirement mentioned in clause 6 of Schedule 8.
