25 Availability of information
The owner of a vessel must ensure that each of the following persons has access to a copy of any work agreement, including incorporated documents, kept on board:
(a) the seafarer to whom it applies;
(b) a representative of the seafarer;
(c) the master of the vessel;
(d) AMSA;
(e) a port state control officer of a country being visited by the vessel.
