26 Validity of qualifications and experience
A recruitment service provider must ensure that:
(a) required certificates and documents submitted for employment are up to date; and
(b) employment references are verified.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2) A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subsection (1).
Civil penalty: 50 penalty units.
