Tasmania regulation
These regulations formally amend the Marine Farming Planning Regulations 2016 and come into force when their making is notified in the Gazette (reg 2–3). Two amendments are recorded as incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Regulations (regs 4–5). They apply to persons and activities subject to the 2016 Regulations — principally marine farming operators and the administering body — and are administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.
