### 64 Conditions and restrictions > > (1) A lease is subject to any condition and restriction the Minister specifies in the lease. > > > (2) If a marine farming development plan requires a condition to be inserted in a lease, the Minister must specify that condition in the lease relating to the area which is the subject of the plan. > > > (3) The Minister may revoke any condition or restriction of the lease. > > > (4) A lessee must not contravene or fail to comply with any condition or restriction of the lease. > > > > Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units and, in the case of a continuing offence, a daily fine not exceeding 10 penalty units. > > > (5) A lessee must ensure that any employee, agent or sublessee of the lessee or any person acting on behalf of the lessee complies with any condition or restriction of the lease.
