61 Application for emergency lease
(1) The holder of a lease for an area covered by an emergency plan may apply to the Minister for an emergency lease.
(2) An application is to –
(a) be in an approved form; and
(b) contain any particulars the Minister requires; and
(c) be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and
(d) be lodged with the Minister.
