### 47 Exemption from emergency plan
> > (1) Any person may apply to the Minister to be exempted from any provision of an emergency plan.

> > (2) An application is to be –

> > > > (a) made in writing; and

> > > > (b) accompanied by the prescribed fee; and

> > > > (c) lodged with the Minister.
