### 14 Allowances > > (1)  A person who appears at a hearing is entitled to be paid any allowances and expenses the Minister determines. > > > (2)  If the Panel considers it appropriate, a person who gives evidence or gives a document may be – > > > > > > (a) paid for work involved in collecting and preparing the evidence or document; and > > > > > > > (b) reimbursed any expense, or compensated for any loss, reasonably incurred in collecting and preparing the evidence or document.
