### 118 Work giving effect to order
> If a person fails to comply with an order made under [section 113](#GS113@EN) [(2)](#GS113@Gs2@EN) [(c)](#GS113@Gs2@Hpc@EN) , the Panel or the Secretary, with the approval of the Appeal Tribunal, may –
>
> > > (a) cause any work to be carried out to give effect to the order; and
> >
> > > (b) recover the reasonable costs of that work in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the Crown.
