### 107 Refund of fees > > (1) The Minister may refund the whole or any part of a fee paid in respect of – > > > > > > (a) an application for a lease which is not granted or is withdrawn; or > > > > > > > (b) an application for the renewal of a lease which is not granted or is withdrawn; or > > > > > > > (c) a lease which is surrendered. > > > (2) The Minister may pay the refund to any person the Minister considers is entitled to receive it.
