> For the purposes of section 67 (2) (e) of the Act, an offence against any of the following provisions is declared to be a forfeiture offence:
>
> > (a) section 62 (1) or (2) of the Act,
>
> > (b) a provision of the [Marine Estate Management (Management Rules) Regulation 1999](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-1999-0102), the contravention of which is designated as:
> >
> > > (i) a serious offence for the purposes of section 41 of the Act, or
> >
> > > (ii) a forfeiture offence.
