#### 24 Information regarding aquaculture or commercial fishing 24 Information regarding aquaculture or commercial fishing > > (1) The relevant Ministers may give a written notice to any one or more of the following: > > > > > (a) the holder of an aquaculture permit who carries out aquaculture in a marine park or an aquatic reserve, > > > > > (b) a commercial fisher who carries out commercial fishing in a marine park or an aquatic reserve, > > > > > (c) a fishing employer whose nominated fisher carries out commercial fishing in a marine park or an aquatic reserve, > > > > directing the person to provide the relevant Ministers, within such reasonable time as may be specified in the notice, with such information in relation to that aquaculture or commercial fishing as may be specified in the notice. > > > (2) A person must not fail to comply with the requirements of a notice served on the person under this clause. > > > > Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units. > > > (3) In this clause: > > > > aquaculture, aquaculture permit and commercial fisher have the same meanings as in the [Fisheries Management Act 1994](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1994-038). > > > > commercial fishing means any activity involving the taking of any fish for purposes of sale. > > > > fishing employer and nominated fisher have the same meanings as in section 122 of the [Fisheries Management Act 1994](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1994-038).
