#### 14 Permit may authorise others 14 Permit may authorise others > > (1) A permit may authorise specified persons, or a specified class of persons, in addition to the person to whom the permit is granted, to carry out the activities to which the permit relates. > > > (2) In any such case, the specified persons, or specified class of persons, are taken to be holders of the permit for the purposes of this Regulation and the management rules to which the permit relates.
