3 Definitions
3.1 Definitions
(1) In this Part—
extensive aquaculture has the same meaning as it has in the Fisheries Management (Aquaculture) Regulation 2007.
intensive aquaculture has the same meaning as it has in the Fisheries Management (Aquaculture) Regulation 2007.
map means a map set out in Division 11.
marine park means the Jervis Bay Marine Park, as described in Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Marine Parks Act 1997 (immediately before its repeal).
table means a table set out in Division 10.
(2) In this Part, a reference to a net or trap is a reference to that net or trap as described under the Fisheries Management Act 1994.
