86 Offences in relation to unseaworthy vessels
(1) A person must not –
(a) resist the detention of a vessel under regulation 83 ; or
(b) obstruct the inspection or survey of a vessel under regulation 83 .
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
(2) A person must not navigate, or permit the navigation of, a vessel in respect of which a notice or an order has been made under regulation 83 while the notice or order remains in force.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
