85 Application for judicial review of administrative decision
If a person is aggrieved by –
(a) a notice under regulation 83(1) ; or
(b) any requirement made by an authorised person under regulation 83(4) ; or
(c) an order under regulation 83(6)(b) –
the person may apply to the Magistrates Court (Administrative Appeals Division) for a review of that notice, requirement or order.
