81 Orders for seizure of abandoned vessels
(1) If the Supreme Court makes an order under section 38D of the Act for the seizure and disposal of a vessel, MAST is to publish a notice, in a newspaper circulating in the area in which the vessel is located, advising of –
(a) the date for the disposal of the vessel; and
(b) the means of disposal of the vessel.
(2) MAST is to keep a record of all costs incurred in the seizure and disposal of the vessel.
