73 Fishing nets and lines
A person must not lay a fishing net or line –
(a) in a channel or fairway; or
(b) made fast to any wharf or navigation aid; or
(c) within a prohibited area within the meaning of regulation 71 .
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
